We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Any content you submit to us (excluding payment details) may be transmitted over various networks and may be adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, but colours and images may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or service, to any person or region, at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we do, we'll try to let you know using the contact details provided at checkout. This may happen if a product is out of stock, if there's a pricing or description error, or if we're unable to meet a stated delivery deadline.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order, and to keep your account and contact details up to date so we can fulfil your order and reach you if needed.

Section 13 — Returns and Cancellations

Products and services purchased through this website are subject to return, exchange or cancellation only in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Certain items — including opened coffee or food products, items made to your specification, and gift cards — are not eligible for return or cancellation.

We reserve the right to update our Returns Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.

Section 14 — Gift Cards

Purchase and validity. Gift cards are issued by Rosslyn Coffee Ltd and are redeemable at Rosslyn Coffee locations and online at rosslyncoffee.com. Gift cards do not expire.

Redemption. Gift cards can be redeemed in-store and online, but cannot be used on recurring subscriptions. Where a purchase exceeds the remaining balance on the card, the difference must be paid by another method; where a purchase is less than the balance, the remaining amount stays on the card for future use.

Refunds and cash value. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, in whole or in part. If a purchase made using a gift card is later returned, any refund due will be credited back to the gift card rather than paid out by another method.

Loss, theft and damage. Please treat your gift card like cash. As a general rule we're unable to replace, refund, or reissue a card that's lost, stolen, or damaged. If this happens, please contact hello@rosslyncoffee.com, as we may be able to assist depending on how the card was registered or purchased.

Fraud and misuse. We reserve the right to refuse redemption of, or to void, a gift card where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or that the card has been obtained unlawfully.

Transfer. Gift cards are not linked to a named account and may be used by whoever holds the card. They are not for resale.

Changes to these terms. We may update these gift card terms from time to time. Any changes will not affect the value already loaded onto existing cards. For enquiries, contact hello@rosslyncoffee.com.

Section 15 — Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the website or its content. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Section 16 — Waiver and Severance

If we don't enforce a particular term, that doesn't mean we've waived our right to do so later. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

Section 17 — Events Outside Our Control

We won't be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, or restrictions imposed by government.

Section 18 — Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
